OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) A manufacturer that provides a product or component for use in another company's own name brand product.
Overhead Extra processing time required prior to the execution of a command, or extra space required for non-data information such as location and timing. Disk overhead occupies up to ten percent of drive capacity.
Overwrite Writing new data on top of the old, thus completely erasing old data.
Overclocking Means running a CPU or other device at a higher frequency than it was intended for.  Overclocking increases performance, but may damage the components.
